Set a schedule
Daily, weekly or monthly, at the hour you want in your store's time. Add the people who should get it, such as your accountant.
The file arrives
Each person you add confirms once (your store's own email is already confirmed). After that the CSV or Excel file lands in their inbox on schedule, attached (or as a download link when it is too big to attach).

Your data
Files are kept for 30 days, or 14 days if they contain customer names or emails. Reports go only to people who confirm by email (your store's own email address, which Shopify gives us, counts as confirmed), and every email has an unsubscribe link. Read the privacy policy.
